OVERVIEW: As a store associate, you will be passionate about enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your eagerness to assist, combined with your deep product knowledge and commitment to high standards, will contribute to a fun and engaging store culture. You will be involved in constant learning and team support across all departments. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver outstanding customer service and support by engaging with customers in alignment with the Company's service and selling programs. Assist with merchandise displays, inventory replenishment, recovery processes, pricing, and signing tasks to uphold presentation standards. Encourage participation in Company programs, such as customer loyalty initiatives, warranty sales, and private label credit card applications. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines, including those established by the Federal ATF. Carry out additional tasks as needed to support store operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in retail sales, cashier roles, or customer service is preferred. Experience in the golf industry is a plus. All team members must comply with safety policies and procedures.
