Enhance your product and industry knowledge to provide valuable insights and assistance to customers. Conduct Club Comparisons to help customers evaluate performance differences between clubs. Adhere to the Club Fitting Protocol to ensure an accurate and efficient fitting process. Operate Simulator and Launch Monitor technologies to gather valuable fitting information. Offer tailored equipment recommendations suited to individual customer needs. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in golf retail sales. Preferred 1 year of golf fitting experience. Basic understanding of the golf industry, product knowledge, and club fitting principles. Capable of standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Flexibility to work varied retail schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or GED required.
