This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and Requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, 4x10's weekly (Monday through Friday). Must be flexible on what day off each week, as schedule set depending on need. Practice Setting: Hospital Types of Cases: First Assist Surgery for General Surgery Cases. Open and Laparoscopic. General Surgery, Bariatric, Some Robotics assist (Preferred robotics experience but not required), Drains and Lines. Will do consultations and rounding for both Preoperative and Post-Operative patients. Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ Days. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC (Health Connect - Kaiser Permanente's version of EPIC). Certifications Required: First Assist and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Licensure Required: Must have active California license.
