The General Manager is responsible for the entire restaurant operation, building a strong team that consistently provides great food and a friendly experience. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

Must be at least 18 years old

1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility

50-hour work week

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

Basic computer literacy

Reliable transportation

Basic business math and accounting skills, strong decision-making skills

Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
