Position Summary We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our SFO station. This role is critical to overseeing all aspects of our operation at the airport — managing people, performance, and safety with excellence. The ideal candidate brings a passion for aviation, a hands-on leadership style, and a track record of delivering operational results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership : Oversee day-to-day aircraft appearance operations at SFO, ensuring consistent delivery of service to airline partners. Safety & Compliance : Champion a culture of safety. Ensure full compliance with all airport, TSA, OSHA, and company safety protocols. People Management : Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team. Coach frontline supervisors and team leads to uphold standards and drive accountability. Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary on-site contact for airline partners. Build trust through transparency, responsiveness, and delivery. Performance & Reporting : Monitor staffing, productivity, quality audits, and KPI metrics. Use data to assess trends and implement corrective actions as needed. Training & Quality : Ensure team members are trained to AHM 1100 standards and participate in regular quality and safety audits. Station Growth : Support regional leadership with forecasting, budget management, and scaling operations in response to demand. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in airport operations, aviation services, or ground handling. Experience managing teams of 50+ employees across multiple shifts. Proven ability to manage operational complexity and shifting priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with airline representatives and airport authorities. Familiarity with FAA, TSA, and OSHA regulations related to ground services or aircraft appearance is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be considered. Must be able to pass all SFO badging and background requirements. Physical Requirements Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. This role requires schedule flexibility, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor airport environments, sometimes in inclement weather. What We Offer Competitive Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
