We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: With two thriving salons, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Manager to lead our teams and uphold the exceptional standards our guests know and love. As the General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our salons—leading with integrity, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest receives a personalized, unforgettable experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and cultivate a culture of excellence across both locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Growth Exceptional ability to sell memberships, upgrades and retail products Implement strategies for local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
Guest Experience Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized consultation, and flawless service Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset Foster a salon culture that prioritizes hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort
Team Leadership Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Lash Stylists and Front Desk/Sales Associates Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and mentorship Recruit and onboard top talent who embody The Lash Lounge brand and values
Salon Operations Manage daily operations across two Lash Lounge salons, ensuring consistency in service and brand standards Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to maintain optimal coverage and efficiency Monitor KPIs including appointment volume, membership growth, retail sales, and guest satisfaction Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships for lash products and retail
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of multi-location salon, spa, or retail management experience Demonstrated success driving membership sales in a salon, spa or luxury environment Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development Strong organizational and communication abilities Familiarity with salon management software, preferably Mindbody Knowledge of lash services and beauty industry trends is a plus Ability to travel between studio locations as needed Social media experience is a plus WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
