Key Responsibilities: Set goals, assess skills, and drive career development while providing performance feedback and managing discipline as necessary. Develop and train team members while maintaining appropriate staffing levels to reduce reliance on external labor. Create and maintain processes while ensuring all staff is trained in Transportation/Distribution Management. Resolve customer issues and monitor performance through KPIs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Enhance employee retention and safety, reducing accidents while managing overtime efficiently. Conduct location process audits and ensure responsibility assignments are clear. Handle invoicing and revenue recognition processes effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or relevant experience. Minimum of five years in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Extensive management experience leading multi-level teams. Expertise in developing logistics solutions and effective project management. Proven ability to manage customer KPIs and interactions.
