Skills you'll bring along 2+ years' experience effecting and deciphering budgets, open to Buys, and P&L statements. 2+ years' experience supervising and training 5 - 10 employees. Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. Setting goals/priorities for the location. Scheduling to ensure quality service of guests. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring special events. Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching staff. Job Type Full time position Travel is required. Work rotating schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays Position requires sitting for extended periods of time. Reaching overheard and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping Ability to lift 50lbs.
