What you’ll do Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective networking and recruiting, and create succession plans through training and development of your team.

Mentor future leaders by providing direction, delegation, and investing in their growth.
Ensure a customer-centric approach on the sales floor by leading and directing our Leader on Duty program across multiple stores.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership and supervisory abilities, including effective multitasking.
Strong computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, and web navigation).
A minimum of 5 years of retail or related management experience with direct report leadership.
High school diploma or GED.
You can Lift up to 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down ladders as required.
Provide availability that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to at least two closing shifts each week.

Compensation for this position ranges from $61,360.00 - $82,160.00 annually, based on experience and location.
