In this role, you will be charged with devising and implementing business strategies for travel centers and restaurants to meet established standards while achieving sales and profit targets, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction. The General Manager's key responsibilities will include: Ensuring customer expectations are consistently met Conducting regular meetings with team members Maintaining strong relationships with vendors You will also be responsible for building, coaching, managing, and developing teams through effective staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training. Additional responsibilities include: Driving sales performance Overseeing team management Monitoring inventory levels Delivering exceptional customer service Performing profit and loss analysis The pay ranges from $83,200.00 to $89,600.00 per year, with opportunities for short-term monthly incentives. Qualifications As a General Manager, you should exemplify integrity and accountability at all levels, as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays is essential.
