We are seeking 6 General Managers to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a pay rate of $19.00 - $25.00 per hour.

General Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the Assistant Managers (AM) and Manager In Training (MIT). The General Manager plays a role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. General Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a General Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Responsibilities Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for up to 60 hours depending on the workload. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong ability to interpret metrics and create actionable plans based on data. We use online spreadsheets and scorecard metrics to identify areas of concern, and must be able to interpret numbers and make actionable plans to correct. Willingness to handle difficult conversations with professionalism, adhering to our EOS principles. Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store. You may have constant hours of non stop tickets and order accuracy along with delegating responsibility to meet customer needs are critical. Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision to ensure quarter goals for a store and company level are being meet. Willing to offer and receive opinions and recommendations towards and from the store and employees. Ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, bend, and work on a sandwich line for extended hours. Demonstrate ability to make sandwiches quickly and accurately within the first week. Follow the structured training schedule and achieve milestones for potential pay increases and bonus incentives. Successful candidates will complete a one-month certified training program in Farmington, NM, Monday through Friday . All expenses for this training, including travel and accommodation, will be paid.

During your training period, an hourly rate of $19 will apply. Once training is complete and goals are met, incremental raises and bonus incentives apply.
