In this position, you will help customers with their purchases of furniture, mattresses, and home decor, providing exceptional customer service in our bustling retail environment. Commission-based hourly wages, with earnings ranging from $22,800 to over $150,000 annually! Identify customer needs and provide tailored advice on their purchases. Collaborate with team members to ensure a superb customer experience. Demonstrate effective closing techniques to finalize sales. Accurately input information into the point-of-sale system. Handle purchase paperwork and track customer orders efficiently. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Work together with colleagues to achieve sales targets. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old. Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred. Basic computer skills necessary. Friendly, professional attitude is a must. Availability for retail hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
