Compensation: Towne Park is proud to offer competitive wages, with actual compensation determined by your skills, experience, education, and location. Work Schedule: This position requires availability Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification, length of service, and hours worked. Job Overview: As a Guest Service Associate, you will deliver outstanding hospitality services to guests with a warm, friendly, and efficient approach. Your key responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely and assisting guests with their luggage. Essential Responsibilities: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and teammates; welcome guests within five feet of your presence. Use appropriate greetings and salutation of the day when interacting with guests. Post in designated areas when not actively engaged in tasks. Parking and retrieving vehicles while following safety protocols; assist guests with luggage handling when necessary. Provide assistance with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; offer guests information about facilities, amenities, and local attractions. Clearly explain parking rates and procedures; maintain accurate records of all vehicle interactions, noting any damages and ensuring documentation is complete. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work in. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Skills: Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of vehicle operation, including manual transmissions, is a plus. Working Conditions: You will work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, so be prepared for exposure to heat and cold. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
