Foster high performance and mentor team members to achieve company standards. Deliver a top-notch experience for guests and address their complaints respectfully. Promote a positive work culture and maintain team morale through recognition and leading by example. Communicate and inspire team members to meet shift goals. Supervise tasks and ensure operational standards are met. Guarantee product quality and cleanliness to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct inventory counts and manage deliveries. Monitor food safety and manage food production quality. Fulfill opening and closing duties effectively. Collaborate with management on goal setting and performance updates. Perform any other necessary duties for smooth restaurant operations. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: Be at least 18 years old. Have reliable transportation. Be available to work a minimum of 5 days, totaling 32 to 40 hours weekly. Possess a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pass a background check. Show leadership and communication skills in a team environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to occasionally bend, crouch, or climb, including using ladders. Frequently lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Use hands for grasping and fine manipulation consistently. Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing. Work in varying temperature conditions and with food allergens. Safely operate restaurant equipment, including knives and fryers.
