Support the implementation and certification of training programs. Communicate effectively. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Develop and implement your personal PRIDE Performance Plan. Results Orientation: Meet financial and personal sales objectives. Exceed personal sales metrics. Assist in safeguarding company assets through accurate inventory and cash management. Adaptability: Initiate and manage change; make informed decisions promptly. Identify and analyze trends in the market. Utilize all J&M training tools for maximum performance. Report HR issues to a supervisor immediately. Requirements: Retail sales experience preferred. Strong desire to excel in a dynamic retail environment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in schedule to meet retail demands. Physical requirements include: constant movement, talking, listening, reaching, kneeling, standing for long periods, and lifting at least 40 lbs.
