Job Summary As a Retail Sales Specialist at PetSmart, you will engage directly with pet parents and their pets to ensure they have a memorable shopping experience while embodying our vision and values. You will be crucial in maintaining store cleanliness, pet safety standards, and providing direct care for pets in our store. Key Responsibilities Create exceptional experiences for pet parents in-person, over the phone, or online. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs throughout the store. Prepare and facilitate a seamless pick-up experience for online orders. Oversee the care and health of our store-owned pets, including feeding, watering, and habitat maintenance. Ensure the store meets cleanliness standards at all times. Support pricing updates and promotional displays. Keep products organized and visually appealing on the sales floor. Recommend and sell merchandise, services, and live pets to enhance the customer experience. Administer medications to store-owned pets as directed by the veterinarian.
