Position Summary: As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in sorting and organizing donated merchandise for resale, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be expected to achieve production standards of sorting and hanging 100-150 garments per hour while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Engage customers by answering their questions, assisting them with merchandise, operating the cash register, and wrapping or bagging purchases. Sorting and Pricing Merchandise: Sort and prepare items for resale, ensuring proper pricing and quality. Make minor repairs and maintain cleanliness as needed. Material Handling: Assist in unloading deliveries, stocking merchandise, and organizing displays. Ensure the store is clean and presentable. Collaboration: Work closely with store management to meet quality standards and assist with additional retail duties as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required). 1-3 months of related experience or training. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Physical Demands: You will regularly stand and walk, and may need to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
