Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and available retail items. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment. Assist with opening and closing duties, including administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Guide customers to their tanning rooms and provide instructions, especially for first-time users. Participate in off-site sales events and training sessions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours a day.
