We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to join a growing retail pharmacy team in Ainsworth, NE. This is a permanent, full-time position with immediate availability, though we are willing to wait for the right candidate.

The incoming pharmacist will have the opportunity to help shape operations and services as the pharmacy grows. Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

No evenings or weekends

Current Setting: Independent retail pharmacy with a supportive team environment

Approximately 100+ prescriptions dispensed daily

Strong support staff including a technician and clerk

Ideal Candidate: Licensed Pharmacist in NE (or willing to obtain)

Retail pharmacy experience preferred

Comfortable serving as the sole pharmacist/PIC on site

Personable, dependable, and community-focused

Availability for a virtual interview
