Full-Time Retail Associate Join our team as a Retail Associate and play a key role in enhancing customer shopping experiences! You will be involved in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $20.00 | Year 3 - $20.50 | Year 4 - $20.50 | Year 5 - $21.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Exhibit exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Efficiently process customer purchases and maintain a clean environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management. Assist in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses. Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality of data. Other related tasks as assigned. Physical Demands: Ability to stock merchandise, lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Strong customer service skills are essential. Ability to operate a cash register accurately. Experience with equipment, including hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Prior retail experience preferred, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills and attention to detail are important. Comply with state and local laws regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
