Position Details: Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 Key Responsibilities: Uphold exceptional customer service standards by assisting shoppers and proactively addressing their needs. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently. Engage in general cleaning duties to maintain store presentation. Stock and organize merchandise displays neatly for optimal customer access. Communicate effectively with team members and management for operational success. Provide feedback on products and assist in inventory management. Adhere to cash handling procedures to minimize losses. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of documents and data. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry merchandise, including items weighing up to 45 pounds.
