Join Our Team as a Full-Time Retail Associate! As a Retail Associate, you will be essential in creating a welcoming shopping environment. Your key responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. Work alongside a dedicated team to provide exceptional service and elevate the customer shopping experience! Position Details: Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $19.50 | Year 4 - $19.50 | Year 5 - $20.50 Your Responsibilities: Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience. Efficiently process customer purchases with accuracy. Maintain the store’s presentation through regular cleaning and organization. Collaborate effectively with teammates and communicate with store management. Provide feedback regarding product inventory, scanning errors, and other operational concerns. Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy. Follow cash policies to minimize losses and ensure compliance with company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Must be capable of stocking merchandise; some products may weigh up to 45 pounds. Regular activities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking throughout the store. Reasonable accommodations can be made as needed. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service. Experience operating a cash register efficiently. Capability to safely operate various equipment, including hand jacks and cleaning machines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude for working both independently and in a team. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with previous retail experience. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
