Join Our Team as a Full-Time Retail Associate! As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the store. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $19.50 | Year 4 - $19.50 | Year 5 - $20.50 Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring their needs are met. Process customer purchases efficiently and uphold cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized store environment through regular cleaning duties and stocking shelves. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear communication with store management. Monitor inventory levels and participate in taking inventory counts as per guidelines. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality. Carry out other assigned duties as necessary to support store operations. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and stock merchandise at various heights. Capability to engage in regular activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the store. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Experience with cash register operations and handling cash accurately. Familiarity with operating equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Capacity to perform cleaning duties to meet company standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Meet any state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.
