Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 Key Responsibilities: Process customer purchases and help maintain a clean, organized store environment. Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly. Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and management. Assist in inventory counts and monitoring for accuracy. Uphold cash policies and procedures to minimize losses. Adhere to company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of all documents and data. Complete additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to stock merchandise, lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform tasks at various heights. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately. Experience in safely using store equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus. A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
