Join Our Team as a Full-Time Retail Associate! As a Retail Associate, your role is vital in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will engage with the team to ensure shelves are stocked, products are displayed neatly, and the store is clean and welcoming. Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $17.00 | Year 3 - $17.50 | Year 4 - $17.50 | Year 5 - $18.50 Key Responsibilities: Assist customers by processing their purchases efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stock shelves and merchandise displays with care. Provide excellent customer service and support during their shopping experience. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management. Report any inventory discrepancies or general store issues to management. Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock levels for accuracy. Follow cash handling procedures to reduce losses. Adhere to company policies while ensuring the security of documents and data. Complete other assigned tasks as needed. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store. Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Experience in operating a cash register effectively and accurately. Ability to safely use store equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
