Efficiently process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the store. Stock shelves and create visually appealing merchandise displays. Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and enhancing their experience. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management. Provide insights to management regarding product availability, inventory levels, and any scanning discrepancies. Participate in inventory counts and actively monitor inventory accuracy. Adhere to all cash policies and procedures to minimize losses. Follow company policies and maintain the security and confidentiality of all documents and data. Perform any additional duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelving. Capability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights. Must regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. Perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Exceptional customer service skills with prompt and courteous interactions. Proficient in operating a cash register accurately. Skilled in safely operating equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and cardboard balers. Capable of meeting company cleaning standards. Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the capability to multi-task effectively. Meet local regulations for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred. A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
