Join our team as a Full-Time Retail Associate! As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting. Position Details: Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 Year 3 - $19.00 Year 4 - $19.00 Year 5 - $20.00 Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs. Efficiently process transactions at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are well-organized and appealing. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Collaborate with fellow team members and communicate effectively with management. Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy. Provide feedback on product selection, inventory losses, and operational issues. Adhere to company policies regarding security and confidentiality. Take on additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Lifting items up to 45 pounds. Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the store. Ability to perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience in providing excellent customer service. Ability to operate cash registers accurately. Skill in handling cleaning and operational equipment. Must meet any state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
