In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by performing merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Position Details: Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 Your Responsibilities: Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service. Assist in stocking shelves and setting up merchandise displays to create an attractive shopping environment. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management. Provide feedback to management regarding product availability, inventory accuracy, and any operational issues. Participate in inventory counts and ensure compliance with cash handling policies. Adhere to all company policies to uphold security and confidentiality. Take on additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to stock merchandise and lift products weighing up to 45 pounds. Regularly perform physical activities such as standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the store. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older to apply. Exceptional customer service skills. Efficient and accurate cash register operation. Ability to safely use equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
