Job Description
The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for a full-time Retail Associate to work at Starbucks in our Retail Dining department. The UOES Division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.
Retail Associate
The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly multi unit environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist guests and exceed expectations while working at a fast-paced dining establishment Assist with preparation of food as needed Stock and rotation of food inventories Operate order and point of sale equipment Accurately follow the brand standards Wash dishes, and maintain a clean unit Perform all tasks relating to retail, safety and sanitation of food service facilities The University of Notre Dame is proud to be ranked #1 on the Forbes Best Large Employer list , a recognition that reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where you'll feel welcomed, supported, and truly valued as part of our beloved community.
Qualifications Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time) Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
