Pay range Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed in the job posting, but factors such as education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements, training, and experience will influence the final salary for new hires. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales goals and driving comp sales growth. Help recruit, develop, and retain an enthusiastic and collaborative team. Become the store's biggest advocate by promoting new products, engaging with customers, and leveraging social media platforms for maximum impact. Provide strong leadership to maintain efficient operations while prioritizing customer-first selling practices. Monitor and manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and employee schedules. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners about customer feedback and trends. Analyze sales reports and use data strategically to achieve sales objectives. Merchandise the store creatively and in accordance with planograms, ensuring timely launches of promotions. Work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a team of dedicated, high-performing associates focused on customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 1-2 years of experience in retail store management. Proven ability to lead teams towards success, with skills in communication, recruiting, and operational management (including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising). Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and professionalism. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. A flexible attitude towards the dynamic nature of retail.
