We are in search of an enthusiastic Full-Time Retail Assistant Manager to help lead our store. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, recruit talent, and develop our amazing team. We need someone who is adaptable, sales-driven, and skilled at building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and executing promotional activities. Participate in recruiting, developing, and retaining a passionate team. Create excitement and engage customers through social media platforms and exciting promotions. Ensure smooth store operations by balancing operational duties with exceptional customer service. Monitor key elements such as shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules. Communicate effectively with leadership and headquarters regarding industry trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements. Merchandise the store creatively and ensure timely launch of promotions. Foster a high-performing team culture focused on customer satisfaction. What You'll Need 1-2 years of retail management experience, ideally with a love for music and pop culture. Proven experience in team leadership with exceptional skills in communication, recruiting, and operations management. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred. Ability to adapt to fast-changing retail environments. Physical capability to navigate the store, merchandise effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
