Job Type Full-time Description The Restaurant Server oversees table maintenance, manages the flow of service, and assists in the Blue Mermaid Restaurant and patio areas. Responsibilities Prepare dining areas by cleaning, setting tables, and decorating Adhere to sanitation and safety policies Maintain menu presentation and cleanliness Support wait staff with table setup and replenishment Close dining areas by cleaning and removing trash Participate in staff training Contribute to organizational reputation by taking initiative and exploring new opportunities

Qualifications Experience in bussing preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Creative problem-solving skills
