Your daily tasks will include: Completing training, including the Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan Providing friendly and enthusiastic service Staying informed about current promotions Preparing and cooking menu items according to company standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Receiving and properly storing inventory Assisting with inventory management and delivery processing Following food safety guidelines and regulations Keeping work areas equipped and organized for immediate use Communicating effectively with team members and management Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week Capability Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Effective use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation Able to communicate proficiently through speech and writing Adaptable to a fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures Safe operation of kitchen equipment, including knives and fryers Join us in creating great moments and memorable experiences at Zaxbys!
