We are currently hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support a busy retail pharmacy in Clearwater, Florida . Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Position Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician, you ll handle a range of responsibilities, including data entry, insurance claim processing, medication preparation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in working within a high-volume pharmacy operation. What You ll Do Process incoming prescriptions accurately and efficiently

Troubleshoot and resolve insurance claim rejections

Prepare, label, and organize medications for pharmacist review

Maintain accurate inventory counts and restock shelves as needed

Monitor for expired medications and handle returns or disposals

Support cross-functional pharmacy operations as assigned

Follow all HIPAA and pharmacy regulatory standards

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required

Current Florida pharmacy technician license

National certification (PTCB) required

Minimum of two years of pharmacy technician experience

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Retail pharmacy or call center experience preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
