Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

for a full-time, school-based position in

Lincolnshire, IL . This role will serve

PreK through 2nd grade students , supporting the development and implementation of individualized behavior programs in a collaborative educational setting. Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student behavior plans Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral supports as needed Attend and participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on behavioral goals and services Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for early elementary students Requirements:

Masters degree in Education or Special Education National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Previous experience with early childhood or elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Benefits:
