As a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in our store leadership, directly supporting the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and profitability. You will be instrumental in driving sales, coaching a talented team, and maintaining our store standards. Compensation: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour! Your Key Responsibilities Include: Driving sales and profitability while contributing to store objectives. Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team. Analyzing daily sales trends for informed decision-making. Managing payroll and scheduling for maximum productivity. Overseeing merchandising to enhance presentation and maintain brand image. Ensuring compliance with loss prevention standards and audit results. Taking ownership of key areas like Talent, Visuals, and Operations. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of management experience, ideally in a retail environment. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable using technology, including hand-held and mobile devices. Strong communication skills. Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
