Your Responsibilities: Warmly greet customers and assist them throughout their shopping journey. Facilitate sales of shoes, apparel, and accessories while providing exceptional customer service. Process transactions accurately using the computer system and handle cash and credit card payments. Restock the sales floor to ensure a great shopping environment. Maintain a clean and organized store atmosphere. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members. Encourage, coach, and provide feedback to the sales team. Lead a team-focused approach to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Prepare and make bank deposits. Manage freight processing and ensure displays are set up as new products arrive. A desire to mentor others in sales and become an effective people manager. Ability to open and close the store, including times when you may be the only employee present. Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods. Capable of kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, reaching, lifting, and moving 25-50 pounds.
