We are seeking a Full Time Retail Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for an independent community pharmacy located in Ainsworth, NE . This is a permanent opportunity for a pharmacist who is dependable, community-focused, and comfortable managing daily pharmacy operations. Position Details: Type: Permanent, Full Time

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm ( hour lunch at 1:00 pm)

No weekends or evenings

Start: ASAP (willing to wait for the right candidate)

Responsibilities: Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) overseeing all pharmacy operations

Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and clerks

Provide patient counseling and promote excellent customer service

Support community engagement and patient care initiatives

Contribute to the planning and setup of a new pharmacy build expected within 69 months

Qualifications: Active Nebraska Pharmacist License (required) or willingness to obtain

Previous retail pharmacy experience (required)

Prior experience as Pharmacist in Charge (preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on duty
