Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join an inpatient rehabilitation team in Andover, KS. Position:  Full-Time Inpatient Physical Therapist Location:  Newton, KS Schedule:  Monday – Friday (Day Shift) Start Date:  ASAP Setting:  Inpatient

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in an inpatient setting. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to optimize patient care. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, safety, and home exercises. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based therapy techniques to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Education & Certification Requirements

Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Kansas Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain) BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Required Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting – Preferred Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and mobility restoration
