Full Time Litigation Attorney

*This is a full-time role for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with experience in Riverside and/or San Bernardino counties. The attorney will manage personal injury litigation cases, including drafting and filing motions, conducting legal research, handling depositions, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
*Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, particularly related to personal injury cases
* Conducted at least 5 personal injury trials in the last 5 years in Riverside and/or San Bernardino County
* Proficiency in handling legal proceedings in Courts, including representation and procedural knowledge
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in the state of California
