Dynamic Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator
Part time position M-Th, 1:00 pm 6:00 pm Grand Island, NY

Responsibilities & Duties
Greet and engage every patient with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanorboth in person and on the phone.
Schedule all incoming patients and register them in the EMR system.
Obtain initial authorizations from insurance companies and updated prescriptions.
Accurately collect and record patient payments daily.
Timely fax, scan, and follow up on documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evaluations).
Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with therapists
Route phone calls and messages efficiently.
