Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greet and engage every patient with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanorboth in person and on the phone.
- Schedule all incoming patients and register them in the EMR system.
- Obtain initial authorizations from insurance companies and updated prescriptions.
- Accurately collect and record patient payments daily.
- Timely fax, scan, and follow up on documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evaluations).
- Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with therapists.
- Route phone calls and messages efficiently.

Job Requirements:
- Medical Front Desk Experience Preferred
- Knowledge in Insurances Eligibility and Authorizations
