Security Supervisor
Supervise all employees in the Security department, managing performance and ensuring a safe environment for staff, vendors, and visitors. Establish relationships with local police, fire departments, and facility personnel. Uphold Andy Frain Services' Core Values and compliance standards, including staff training. Observe and report incidents to ensure security and safety. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Perform security duties according to post orders and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service, greeting visitors and maintaining professionalism.
Lead security efforts at assigned sites, enforce security protocols, complete rounds, and file reports.
Develop and implement security procedures in compliance with laws and policies; respond to emergencies promptly.
Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, and access control systems; ensure operational integrity.
Operate equipment such as radios, phones, computers, and inspect vehicles daily.
Counsel and discipline staff as needed, with management guidance.
Assist in training security staff and reviewing post orders.
Communicate regularly with management regarding performance and security issues.
Ensure adequate security coverage and inspect posts regularly.
Meet with clients to ensure security needs are met and provide customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security and Operations Manager.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred higher education. Minimum two years of security experience, including supervisory roles, and a valid Guard License. CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
Competencies include knowledge of security operations, leadership, safety devices, and excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt, organize, and maintain professionalism under pressure is essential.
Physical and mental requirements involve maintaining composure, handling stressful situations, working overtime, and physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Must pass background checks and meet licensing requirements.
