As a Free Sample Associate, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive sales by engaging customers and showcasing brands through live events and product sampling. Your role includes working primarily on weekends when consumer engagement is at its peak! Key Responsibilities: Engage customers and bring brands to life through live events and product sampling. Work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), when stores are busiest and your impact is greatest. Provide support to management as needed. About You: Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and store management. At least 18 years old. Available to work 2+ shifts per weekend (Friday through Sunday) and a minimum of 3 weekends per month. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for up to 6 hours. Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment. Reliable transportation. Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
