Typical duties include: ? Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, appliances, sinks, walls, floors, and fixtures ? Sweeping and mopping using appropriate cleaning products ? Washing kitchen mats and helping with trash, recycling, and food waste removal ? Monitoring cleaning supply levels and restocking as needed ? Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to management ? Following all food safety and sanitation standards ? Assisting with dishwashing or general cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications ? Able to stand and walk for extended periods (712 hours depending on shift length) ? Able to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally ?
