SUMMARY: The Leaguers, Incorporated is seeking both Part-time and Full-time Food Service Workers for its Head Start and Early Head Start Centers.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Food Service Worker is responsible for serving meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks) daily using pre-established standards and schedules.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure meals are ready on time by conducting advance food preparation; Ensure that children with special diets receive appropriate meals; Review and confirm invoices against delivered items. Take corrective actions when necessary; Post menus and maintain document accessibility; Verify current licensing and inspection reports are posted; Participate in designated trainings when required. QUALIFICATIONS: MUST hold a NJ Food Handlers License; High School Diploma or equivalent; One (1) year of food service experience prefered. SALARY: $18.11 hourly
