Treat each guest as if they are the most important person in the store. Ensure the store's cleanliness and presentation by adhering to True North's standards. Take ownership of the prepared food, coffee bar, and beverage areas by keeping them stocked and clean, while getting to know our products and regular customers. Assist management with inventory monitoring, product orders, and training new staff on food and beverage handling and equipment. What We're Looking For: Friendly engagement with guests, greeting them with a smile, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Ability to accurately count products, make change, and communicate clearly in writing. Physical capability to reach all areas of the store and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds. Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing guest satisfaction above all. What We Offer: A consistent schedule of 30 hours per week, typically from 6am-12pm, Monday to Friday.
