DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for the operation of patient services, retail sales facilities, catering operations, sanitation operations, and acts as a unit manager or production manager in their absence. The incumbent will also assist with training, mentoring, developing, and providing direction to junior counterparts. Independent responsibilities include operations management, customer service, leadership and cash handling. This position performs a variety of duties related to patient and retail food services. Supervises unit operations to ensure compliance with departmental or organizational policies, procedures, and practices. Opening and closing operation in the absence of manager, management of cash deposits and safe, onboarding of new team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.
Experience and working knowledge in food service and sanitation regulations.
Leadership experience, preferably in food service industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/ procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
SPECIAL CONDITIONS Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $54,330 - $73,122 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $26.02 - $35.02
