Job Opportunity The City of Hallandale Beach is offering a part-time position with a salary of $19.21 hourly. The job is located in Hallandale Beach, FL. Job Number: 2024-134 Work Objective Prepares and/or serves food items to program participants of the after school program and spring/summer camp programs. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary food service environment. Work is performed under close supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Responsible for preparing documentation and reports related to the Florida Department of Health Child Care Food Program. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; supplemented by some experience and/or training in preparing and serving meals; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment. In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
