Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our beverage and catering operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in mixology, vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost control. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and structure to our evolving menu while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
F&B Manager Benefits/Compensation:
Salary: $67,000 – $72,000

F&B Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 5 years in the industry (bartending, server, etc.)
Strong background in beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations
Expertise in cocktail and mocktail menu development
Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies
TIPs and Serv Safe Certification required
Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members
